Nomination Petition/Affidavit of Circulator

• Circulation of Nomination Petitions May Begin on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.  

• The Last Day to File Nomination Petitions with the Town Clerk is Monday, January 26th, 2026

Candidate Affidavit and Instructions - Due to Town Clerk within 10 Days of Nomination Petition turn in.

Schedule B-Itemized Expenditures*

Reports Due

• February 6, 2026 (60 days)
• March 9, 2026 (30 days)
• March 23, 2026 (15 Days)
• May 7, 2026 (30 Days After)

Additional Important Dates

• Write in Candidate Deadline – February 3, 2026
• Ballot Order Drawing (if enough candidates for Election) – February 5, 2026, 2 PM at Town Hall – 214 Grand Avenue, Paonia Colorado 81428
• New Board Swearing In – April 28, 2026 at 6:30 PM during the Regular Board Meeting
