NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Paonia Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Paonia Town Hall, 214 Grand Avenue, Paonia, CO 81428.
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be the presentation of the draft element portion of the Comprehensive Plan - Infrastructure: Water, Sewer & Treatment, Urban Forest, Sanitation & Resource Recovery. The Planning Commission will discuss and give and receive feedback on the draft Plan, but will not take any formal action concerning the Plan’s potential adoption at the special meeting scheduled for March 13, 2024. The draft will be available for inspection by the public at the Town Hall at 214 Grand Avenue Paonia CO 81428 beginning March 1st, 2024. Any person may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard regarding the matters under consideration.
