The sidewalk fee that was started January 1st, 2014 sunsets on December 31, 2024. The continuation of this fee will be on the ballot for the November 5th General Election.
“SHALL THE TOWN OF PAONIA CONTINUE THE DEDICATED FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS WITHIN TOWN LIMITS TO BE PAID VIA UTILITY BILLING AT A RATE OF THREE ($3.00) PER MONTH, PER ACCOUNT, STARTING JANUARY 1, 2025 AND REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2035?”
