In addition to the base rate, usage is billed separately by tier. 

• In-Town Residential: $44.88
• In-Town Commercial: $55.08
• Out-of-Town Residential: $56.39
• Out-of-Town Commercial: $74.36

The 2026 usage rates per 1,000 gallons include:

• 1–3,000 gallons:                      $2.95 per thousand
• 3,000–10,000 gallons:             $4.12 per thousand
• 10,000–25,000 gallons:           $5.80 per thousand
• 25,000–50,000 gallons:           $9.46 per thousand
• 50,000–75,000 gallons:           $19.76 per thousand
• 75,000–100,000 gallons:         $26.43 per thousand
• 100,000+ gallons:                   $29.57 per thousand
