We are excited to announce that the Town of Paonia has a new real-time online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.
The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info, email notifications, pay by text/mobile, and many more.
You will be directed to the new payment gateway from the Make a Payment page on the Town’s website at www.townofpaonia.colorado.gov . Alternatively, you can access Xpress Bill Pay directly at https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=paonia11075.
You will need to visit the site to establish an online account. If you have an auto pay set with the town’s previous payment provider, you will need to visit Xpress Bill Pay to set up a new auto pay.
Of course, you also have the option to make utility payments as a guest, without creating an account, but you won’t be able to utilize all the features without an account.
