Paonia residents and potential short-term rental (STR) operators have a few important updates regarding new regulations set to take effect in the coming months. To ensure clarity, we’ve compiled answers to some frequently asked questions surrounding these changes.
Short-term rental applications are now available. Please print, fill out, and return to Town Hall the completed application and supporting documentation required. No electronic submissions will be accepted. Applications must be turned into Town Hall (214 Grand Ave.).
